Custom Service – Fully Managed Bespoke Responses
Not an AI product but featured here for comparison purposes. Our fully managed services include our Review Response Service and our Reputation Enhancement and Management (REM) service program which includes our Guest Engagement Training Program (also available to Rep Lab AI customers for a fee). In both of these service programs, every review is responded to by our professional Content Producers, presented to your hotel for approval, and then published, typically the same day. Our bespoke Review Response service is much like our Rep Lab AI Max Service in that our team manages the entire process from start to finish, using AI along the way.

- Annual Agreement (Standard): Rates above assume an annual agreement, billed quarterly by credit card.
- Prepay Discount: Pay the full year upfront (via invoice/check or credit card) and receive a 5% discount.
- Month-to-Month Flexibility: Available at a +18% premium per month (cancel anytime).
- One-Time Setup Fees: Typically, $650 for Rep Lab AI Core/Boost and $750 for Rep Lab AI Max, covering onboarding, property profile configuration, discovery call, website access setup, report setup, and more.
- Optional Add-On: Month-End reports are already included and a weekly competitive benchmark report to any package for $59/month.
