As an Account Manager with The Reputation Lab, Kate brings to us over 20 years of experience as a hospitality professional. Her first love in the industry was working in restaurants, but by the time she completed her degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Administration, she’d gained experience in many facets of hotel operations with global brands such as Marriott Hotels and Resorts and Hyatt. After spending time in Germany managing a restaurant, she returned to the hotel industry in 2006 with a management role at an independent hotel in Washington, DC. Her strength lies in her wide range of experience, including corporate and independent properties, large and small.
Kate understands firsthand the challenges faced daily by hotel teams and believes that feedback from all reviews can work in favor of our properties to maintain open lines of communication with guests. She enjoys working with hotels to determine their unique voice and use it so that guests and hotels alike can benefit from the conversations taking place online today.
She resides in Washington, DC/Medellin, Colombia and is unapologetically a Cat Lady who enjoys yoga, traveling and working with children.
